He's begging for some change
Says "Don't put it in my hands
Keep your money, just don't stay the same."
His beat up cardboard sign
In black magic marker lines
reads "Love all or don't love at all."
The same old begging man
Gathers up his things
With cigarette in hand says
"Keep your money just listen to me sing."
An old guitar with missing strings
Plays a broken melody
says "Love all or don't love at all."
He may be on to something good
He may be telling all of us the truth
"Love all or don't love at all"
